• Program shortlisting — matching candidate profiles to the right KHDA/ADEK-accredited institution (Abu Dhabi for medicine (MBBS recognized USA/UAE/Ireland/Israel), Monarch for business/communication/art, Semmelweis for medicine/pharmacy/dentistry) based on budget, English level, career goal, and source country approval patterns
• University application support — guiding students through Abu Dhabi's centralized international office, Monarch's DreamApply portal, and Semmelweis's online application — including motivation letter review, recommendation letter coordination, and entrance interview prep (especially for Abu Dhabi/Semmelweis MBBS/Dentistry programs)
• Document preparation — apostille chains for India (MEA), Pakistan (MoFA Islamabad), Nigeria (MFA Abuja), Bangladesh (MoFA Dhaka), Ghana, Kenya, and CIS-resident applicants (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia); coordination of certified UAE/English translations
• Medical certification coordination — guiding students through the mandatory HIV/HBV/HCV/syphilis/TB testing protocol that must be completed at a government hospital in their source country before visa submission
• ICA student portal submission — since 2018, Cyprus universities submit visa applications on behalf of students via the ICA student portal portal; I coordinate document packaging so the university can submit within the 7-10 day target window
• Post-arrival integration — Tartózkodási engedély (residence permit card) issuance at the UAE Office for Immigration Affairs (ICA), Cyprus bank account opening (Bank of Cyprus, Hellenic Bank, AlphaBank), social insurance number (SIN), and integration into the UAE-Indian, UAE-Pakistani, and CIS communities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah
• Career pathway support — connecting Abu Dhabi/Monarch/Semmelweis graduates with UAE employers in fintech, blockchain, medical (EU-recognized degree), legal, and tourism sectors; supporting the 12-month post-study residence permit for job search
