Is the partner plan really free forever?

Yes. Partners pay nothing to use birlay. We earn our margin from institution partners — no hidden fees, no per-seat charges.

How do commissions work?

Institutions set the commission rate on their programs. When your enrollment is confirmed, the commission is tracked, invoiced, and paid out through birlay. Standard rates range 15–25%.

Can we start on a monthly plan?

Growth is billed annually for the listed rate. A monthly option is available at €1,090/mo for institutions who need flexibility.

Do you offer a discount for non-profits?

We offer 25% off Growth for registered non-profits and public institutions. Contact sales to apply.

What about data residency?

Growth and Enterprise customers can pick EU (Frankfurt), US (Virginia), or Canada (Montreal) data regions. Enterprise supports custom residency arrangements.
