Get acceptance letter from school

Gather all required documents
Get your PCC from Passport Seva Kendra (5-7 days), apostille from MEA (3-5 days), bank statement, health insurance, accommodation proof. Start early since PCC and apostille run in parallel.
Book VFS Global appointment
Book online at vfsglobal.com for the nearest centre (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Kolkata). Slots fill up fast during peak season (June-August). Book as early as possible.
Submit application at VFS
Bring all originals + photocopies. VFS will collect your passport and biometrics. Pay the visa fee (€90) and VFS service charge (₹2,500). You will get a tracking number.
Wait for visa processing
