Teleporto Technologies LTD is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through birlay. birlay is a business-to-business platform that connects recruitment partners, educational institutions and the students or candidates they support. Where a partner or institution uses birlay to manage their own contacts and applicants, that organisation is the controller of the data it uploads, and birlay processes that data on its behalf as a processor.
