In short
This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website univenter.me and the Univenter platform at app.univenter.me (together, the “Service”), operated by GLLS Teleporto Technologies LTD (“Univenter”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
If these Terms conflict with a Partner Agreement or a signed agreement with an Institution, that agreement prevails.
Univenter is a business-to-business marketplace. Partners use it to find programmes and send students’ applications to Institutions; Institutions use it to receive and manage those applications. Univenter is not a university, a school or an immigration adviser.
The platform is for businesses and their staff. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. When you register you must give true and current information and keep it up to date. Your login is personal: do not share it, and tell us at once at info@univenter.me if you think someone else used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Partners must pass verification before they can submit applications, contact Institutions or receive payouts.
Using Univenter is free for Partners and for students. Institutions pay Univenter under their agreement with us. If we ever introduce a paid feature, we will show its price and terms before you can use it, and it will apply only if you accept it. See our Payment & Refund Policy.
“Your Content” is anything you upload or send through the Service, such as student records, documents and messages. You keep ownership of it. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit and display Your Content as needed to run the Service, including sending applications to the Institutions chosen. You confirm that you have the right to upload Your Content, that it is true and genuine, and that uploading it is lawful, including under data protection law. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.
The platform transmits documents but does not certify them. The person who uploads a document is responsible for it being genuine. We and the Institutions may check documents with their issuers and report forged documents to the authorities.
Some functions use artificial intelligence, for example programme matching and draft messages. AI output can be wrong and is not advice. Check it before you rely on it or send it to anyone. Anything you send is your own communication.
When you book a demo call, we create the meeting in our manager’s calendar and may send you a calendar invitation with a video call link. We use what you enter to prepare the call and follow up, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot attend, reply to the invitation or write to us so we can free the slot.
The Service, its software, design, texts and the Univenter name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your business. You may not copy, resell or build a competing product from it. Verified Partners may use the “Univenter Partner” badge only as the Partner Agreement allows. Institution names and logos belong to the Institutions.
The Service links to and works with services we do not control, such as Institution websites, Google sign-in and calendar, and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the Service, its users or students, to comply with the law, or if you break these Terms. For Partners, the Partner Agreement sets out the procedure, the notice and the right to complain.
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove functions. For Partners and Institutions, any notice period in their agreement applies.
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for the acts and decisions of Institutions, Partners or authorities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit. The liability terms in a Partner Agreement or an Institution agreement replace this Section for those users.
If you use the Service for a business, you will compensate us for losses and reasonable costs arising from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. We change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, tell registered users before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus decide disputes about them. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live. Disputes under a Partner Agreement are resolved as that agreement says.
If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights and duties under these Terms to a company that takes over our business. These Terms are written in English; a translation is for convenience only.
