In short
This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not allowed on univenter.me and the Univenter platform at app.univenter.me (the “Service”), operated by GLLS Teleporto Technologies LTD (“Univenter”). It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including education agents (“Partners”) and their teams, university and school staff, and students. It is part of our Terms of Use and, for Partners, of the Univenter Partner Agreement.

You must not offer, give, request or accept anything of value to get an improper advantage from Institution staff, Univenter staff, public officials or anyone else. If someone asks you for a bribe, report it to info@univenter.me with the subject “Compliance report”.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at info@univenter.me with the subject “Security incident” and do not use or share it.
You must not upload or send content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, is abusive, hateful or harassing, or contains personal data you have no right to share. You must not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
Commission and reward figures, our arrangements with Institutions, Institution staff contacts obtained through the Service, and information about other users are confidential. You must not publish them or share them with anyone who does not need them to help a student through the Service.
You must not use “Univenter” or a confusingly similar name in a domain, company name, social media account or advertising keyword, or suggest that Univenter endorses you. Verified Partners may use the “Univenter Partner” badge only as the Partner Agreement allows.
We may remove content, warn you, restrict functions, suspend or close the account, and report fraud, forged documents or other crimes to Institutions and the authorities. For Partners, the Partner Agreement sets out the procedure, the notice we give, the measures we may take and how to complain. We always aim to choose the least severe measure that is enough, and we never use a measure against a student’s own application.
If you see something on Univenter that breaks this Policy, such as a fake document, a misleading promise or a request for an unexpected fee, write to info@univenter.me with the subject “Compliance report”. We treat reports confidentially and do not allow retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
